MyLife manual removal guide

A possible scan match is not proof that a record belongs to you. Review the record first, then decide whether to request removal yourself. Lethe does not submit opt-outs or claim verified removal.

Last verification attempt:

The official page could not be reached during our latest check. This checklist uses earlier research and has not been reverified against the current form. Review the broker's current instructions before sharing information.

Manual steps

  1. Review the possible MyLife profile and privately note its URL. Only request removal of your own information or information you are authorized to manage.
  2. Open MyLife’s official privacy request page and review which request and identity-verification options it currently offers.
  3. Use the removal or privacy-request option appropriate to your record. If the page routes you to support, use the contact information published there and identify the specific profile you want removed.
  4. Complete any confirmation yourself, keep the acknowledgement privately, and ask MyLife support about the request status if the record remains visible.

The exact MyLife request and verification requirements need rechecking. Do not create a paid account or send identity documents based solely on this checklist.

After your request

Keep any confirmation privately and check the broker again later. An acknowledgement is not proof that all copies are gone, and new records may appear. A later “not found” scan observation is not a verified-removal claim.

Share only what you choose to share on the official broker site. Lethe does not need your identity documents, confirmation tokens, or broker account credentials for a manual guide.
