Lethe terms of use

Scope and operator

Lethe is operated by Rudra Satani, India. These terms cover getlethe.cloud, its account features, and manual removal guides. By using these services, you agree to use them in accordance with these terms. The public scan tool has separate scan tool terms.

What Lethe provides

Lethe helps you understand possible exposure on supported US people-search sites. The free scan provides redacted results, and manual guides help you submit your own opt-out requests. Signed-in accounts provide profile setup and scan history. Lethe does not submit opt-outs or confirm removal for you.

Paid plans and automated removal are not available. Prices shown on the future plans page are proposals. Joining the assisted-removal waitlist does not start a removal request, create a subscription, or authorize a payment.

Responsible use

Use Lethe for your own information, or for another person only with their permission. Do not use it for harassment, stalking, impersonation, targeting others, or making employment, housing, credit, or insurance decisions. Do not bypass rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt Lethe or third-party services.

Results and removal guides

Results are possible matches, not verified identities. Checks may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. An unavailable check does not mean your information was not found, and a not-found result does not prove your information is absent elsewhere. Lethe does not cover every people-search site or guarantee removal.

Broker procedures can change, and some guides are marked as awaiting verification. Check the official broker page before submitting a request or sensitive information. You choose whether to send a request and handle any identity verification yourself. Brokers control their response and removal process.

Opting out does not erase public records, and information can reappear. The FTC explains these limits of people-search opt-outs. Lethe is an awareness and guidance tool, not a background report, certified privacy audit, or source of legal advice.

Accounts and privacy

Keep your sign-in access secure and provide information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support.

Our privacy policy explains account data, scan history, retention, exports, and deletion requests, including the current limits of those features. The public scan and waitlist have a separate privacy policy. Do not send identity documents or sensitive broker records in an initial support message.

Availability and third-party sites

Lethe may change or interrupt features for maintenance, security, or reliability. We may restrict access that violates these terms or harms the service. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies; Lethe does not control their content, availability, or handling of information you submit to them.

These terms do not limit consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date above when we do.
